PROVO, Utah – The beginning of April often signifies planting season, but due to fluctuating weather, many Utahans wonder what they can safely plant in spring.

This time of year, they don’t recommend planting tomatoes, squash, or anything that would die if exposed to cold weather. They also said the key to having a great garden is to check the weather consistently.
